About Bleaching Earth

Musa Pak Chemical Industries’, Bleaching Earth (Pak Earth) is manufactured by acid activation of ca-bentonite, which is a fine, greyish-white powder showing a highly porous inner structure and a multitude of acid sites upon its surface. It is well suitable for refining vegetable and animal oils and fats, moreover for finishing and/or reprocessing numerous types of mineral oils, paraffin and waxes. Musa Pak Chemical Industries, bleaching earth (Pak Earth) is manufactured from the best quality, selectively mined and scientifically blended montmorillonite clays under stringent process controls. While making Pak Earth, special care is taken in maintaining the important properties like absorptive capacity, acid properties, catalytic properties, ion exchange capacity and particle size distribution.

At mines we have very rigid norms for selection, transportation and storage of crude mineral.

At the manufacturing site the process quality control makes sure that the crude is treated to the correct degree of size reduction, segregation and activation enabling the manufacture of a high and consistent quality product.

We do a thorough analysis of the finished product prior to packing and dispatch, to ensure that the material is consistent with industries requirements for pH, mesh size, moisture and efficiency.
